You can update the title, description, pricing & mock-up images at any time on the Shopify Product Page. This will not impact the link (API) between your shopping cart & our production queue. 

Important note:
You cannot change/update the SKU on Viralstyle Fulfillment products at any time. The SKU is the link between your shopping cart & our production queue.

After a product has been launched using the Viralstyle Fulfillment App, you are not able to make updates to that product from the app directly. This means you are not able to add any additional products/variants.

What should you do? 

We've built the “Create Similar” tool that will allow you to duplicate the product with a click of a button. Once you have made the update to the new product in the Viralstyle app, you can launch, import & publish the new product with a single click of a button. 

(note: once you have created the new product, you should delete the original product to avoid confusion for your customers.)

IMPORTANT NOTES:

You cannot change the Vendor on the Shopify product page. You have the option to "hide" the vendor on your sales page from your Shopify settings.

You cannot change the vendor to Viralstyle Fulfillment, from other Vendors products.
