You may have received a package (delivered to your business/return address) which was intended for your customer. Why was it delivered to you?
In most cases, several attempts were made to deliver the package to your customer, but they were not successful.
if the address is deemed "Undeliverable, Not Safe, Insufficient or Missing Apartment #", the carrier has been instructed to redirect the package back to your return address. There will also be cases where your customer denied the shipment, this matter must be resolved on your end.
We do this for 2 reasons:
You've paid for the product & shipping in full, it is your property if it is not in the customers hands.
If any of the said reasons apply, your customer will contact your team to arrange an alternate or sufficient address to reship.
We do not have the ability to process returns, refunds, reships or exchanges at this time. We are planning on creating a similar feature in the future, we'll notify our users once available.
