If there is an issue with the product (design, size or garment flaw), Viralstyle will reprint & reship the product to your customer at no additional charge. We require visual confirmation to process all requests and we do not require that the customer return the product in any case.
NOTE: Please be sure to ask for this visual confirmation when the customer initially reports the issue, as this is required before we can proceed with the refund / reprint.
If the customer is not satisfied, and there is no physical issue with the product, you will be responsible for handling this matter on your end internally. We do not process or handle refunds, returns, re-ships or exchanges.
