Shopify Integration | Technical Support

First, check in with the Viralstyle Fulfillment Support Team and ask if this issue has already been reported. You can reach out by emailing shopify@viralstyle.com.

If this issue has not yet been reported, we would be happy to run a few tests and file an official report. First we'll need you to create a "staff" account for our Dev team to access your apps settings.

1.) Click the "Settings" icon located on the bottom-left of your screen, seen HERE.

2.) Click the "Account" icon, which will be the top-right menu option, seen HERE

3.) Scroll down just a bit & click the "Add staff account" button, seen HERE.

4.) Add first name, last name & email, then click "Send Invite" button, seen HERE.

Once we have received your invitation, our Dev team will login & open the Viralstyle Fulfillment app to check your settings. With your permission, we will test the account (and/or specific issue) and tool(s). We will report back with an update the moment our team has finished testing.
