After you have confirmation that your PayPal Account is valid with Sufficient Funds (from a PayPal agent directly) you may be asked to update my information.

We only have access to the funding source selected during the billing agreement setup. If you have an error you may just need to setup a different source or check with a PayPal agent directly asking why the current source isn’t working as expected.

To update, you’ll have to remove the payment method and add it again. In these cases the source is valid, but it is failing when Viralstyle attempts to invoice the account. 

You should talk to PayPal and see why that is, and/or try a different source.
