Shopify Integration | Why your order didn't make it through

You may have received an email or notification stating there was a "Error" processing this order. In most cases, the customer has not added the necessary information required by our app to process orders. If you do not see the order inside of the Viralstyle app on the “All Orders” page, then we have not charged you for this order. 

You will need to ask the customer to reorder, or you can reorder on their behalf. The information required to place an order is as follows:

1.) Name

2.) Valid Shipping Address

3.) Email Address
